Defective?Please contact Kaehler Luggage prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if the item is defective Kaehler Luggage will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
Damaged by the airlines?If your luggage was damaged by an airline, it is critical that you file a claim with the airline immediately, while still in the airport. The airlines require in-person inspection of your bag. Manufacturers' warranties do not cover damage caused by airline mishandling.
