- I purchased a Tumi bag, why did I not get free shipping?
- Answer: Tumi products are excluded from the free shipping offer.
- What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
- Answer: If your product was damaged upon arrival, please contact WorldTraveler Customer Service at 1-800-314-2247 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

- How do I make a return?
- Answer: We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! To make a return or an exchange, simply contact us at 1 (800) 314-2247 to receive a Return Authorization number and the return address. Merchandise must be unused. Returns and exchanges can also be processed in person at any of our Kaehler® TravelWorks locations. Amount to be refunded will exclude the original shipping charges.

- How do I earn WorldPoints?
- Answer: Every purchase (excluding discounts, taxes, and/or shipping charges) earns 5% in WorldPoints. They are then stored in your account and can be used towards future purchases at WorldTraveler. Each WorldPoint equals 1 dollar.
- How do I redeem WorldPoints?
- Answer: With each point equaling 1 dollar, WorldPoints can either be redeemed all at once or in desired amounts during checkout. Simply type in the number of WorldPoints you would like to apply to your order in the WorldPoints box near the bottom of the payment screen.
