We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Free Return Freight! To make a return or an exchange, simply contact us at customerservice@worldtraveler.com or 1 (800) 314-2247 to receive a Return Authorization number and a Prepaid return label. Please include the item number to be returned and the reason for the return. Merchandise must be unused to receive a refund. Free returns are availble within the Continental United States, only.
Returns and exchanges can also be processed in person at any of our Kaehler® TravelWorks locations. Amount to be refunded will exclude the original shipping charges.
Holiday Return Policy
In an effort to make your holiday gift giving a little easier, our 30 day return policy will be extended for purchases made between November 15th and December 15th. Returns on these purchases will be accepted through January 15th. All other requirements are as stated above.
